We are a traditional butchers based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk and passionate about the best quality, local meat from happy animals.
Using traditional techniques, we offer a wide range of fantastic pork, lamb and beef and can prepare anything to order – no matter how big or small! We take pride in knowing which local farm and what breed of animal all of our meat comes from. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that all of our produce is of the highest quality, to help you cook fantastic, great value food.
We are famous for our award-winning sausages and offer a range of over 16 traditional and surprising flavours. You can even create your own – just ask in store!
We also now make our own pies and sausage rolls on the premises in our In-House Bakery.
